Real talk? Fitness doesn't come naturally to me. I haven't been training for years, I'm not 'hooked' on the fitness lifestyle - in fact, sometimes I find it a real challenge to keep my health and fitness on track. In truth, I don't LOVE training; but I do appreciate the essential benefit of caring for my health and wellness - now and into the future. So why would you want to train with me? I understand the challenges we face when starting or struggling to maintain a healthy and fitness routine. I recognize the frustrations and difficulties in changing attitudes and behaviours that we've built up over the years; and I can empathize with the disconnect between our desire to change and actually making those changes a reality. I get it...because I live it! It is my mission to make health and fitness accessible to everyone - no matter how many times you've tried to get healthy in the past. That's why all my programs are designed to meet you where you're at right now - figuratively and literally!
